A few thoughts
Hi everyone, just a couple of notes before I really start blogging! I have been kicking around this whole blogging idea for a while and finally decided to do it because I feel like I have some unique in-sights that I would like to share. Especially having to do with health and fitness and things of that nature since that is my passion. But also just unique thoughts that strike me as I am driving in my car or doing daily tasks, that I think, "Wow, I would love to share that with someone!" Not because I think it is so great and I'm so awesome, but I know that if I knew that nugget of information was out there, and I was in their shoes, I would want someone to share it with me. I decided to blog because I can write when the whims and inspirations hit me and they can be looked back upon. I can also have a much wider audience. So, if you like what you read, spread the word to your friends! I think also, most people are more receptive to what they read than what they hear.
